Orders

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
A confirmation email is sent automatically after validation (remember to check your spam folder).

What should I do if there is an error in my contact details?
Contact our customer service as soon as possible to correct any incorrect information (address, name, email, phone number, etc.).

Can I modify or cancel my order?

  • Modification: possible within one hour of purchase.

  • Cancellation: possible within one hour, unless the shipment has already been made (in which case, you will have to go through the return procedure).

I did not receive my entire order.
Some items may be shipped separately. If you still haven't received your package after 30 days, please contact us: we will resend your order free of charge.

Delivery times (excluding preparation, 1 to 3 days):

  • France & Belgium: 5 to 7 business days

  • Europe: 3 to 9 business days

  • Rest of the world: 5 to 22 business days

Order tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number at each stage of processing and shipping.

Order not received?
Please check your information in the confirmation email. If everything is correct, contact our customer service.

Damaged or defective product
Send us: your order number, a description of the problem and a photo/video.


Returns & Refunds

Return period : 14 days after receipt.

Conditions : new product, never worn, unwashed, in its original packaging.
👉 The first return of an order is free, subsequent returns are at your expense.

Exchange : possible only for an item received that is defective or damaged.

Refund : processed within 14 days of receipt and validation of the return.
If there is a delay, check your account and then contact us.

Items offered :

  • If identified as a gift → credit the corresponding amount.

  • Otherwise → refund issued to the original buyer.
